Head of Sales - Enterprise
- FINCO Technologies is a fully-owned subsidiary of the reputed FINCO Group of Companies, in Sri Lanka incorporated in 2005. A well-established IT solutions provider and system integrator, servicing a variety of organizations in BFSI, Enterprise, Government, Telecommunication, Manufacturing, etc.
We are looking for a young dynamic self-motivated professional who can take part as a Head of Sales in our Enterprise division.
You should be capable of:
- Identify customer needs and requirements to propose relevant products/solutions and create high customer value proposition.
- Leading the department in developing, improving, and executing strategic plans to achieve the assigned qualitative and quantitative targets.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining new customer visits and the onboarding ratio at the accepted level.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Establishing priorities and goals for the respective department align with the organization's policies and goals.
- Monitoring and evaluating within the department in line with organization policies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Sales/Marketing / IT or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar sales/sales management role with experience in positioning Endpoint Security, Firewall, Virtualization, Enterprise Backup, Servers & Storage, SIEM, Privileged Access Management, and other Enterprise solutions.
- Vendor Sales Certifications of the relevant areas of experience (Eg: Fortinet, Sophos, HP Dell..) Other Requirements.
Other Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong contacts and a proven track record in Enterprise business.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of sales professionals.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in sales and CRM software.
