What You'll Do:
- Be a customer champion! Manage a portfolio of Corporate and SME accounts, driving revenue growth for our Post-paid business.
- Become the go-to person for your assigned accounts, handling daily needs and resolving any concerns with a smile and visit your clients on a regular basis.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with your clients: their 100% retention is your mission!
- Make yourself available, always! Our clients deserve exceptional service, whenever they need it.
Who You Are:
- You have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the Telecom sector (but if you have service industry experience, you are welcome to apply!).
- You're good with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and customer interaction skills are a must - you can build a rapport with anyone!
- You're a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Goals are your fuel - you're a self-motivated achiever who can handle pressure with a smile.
