HR Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, innovative, and result-oriented individual with a pleasant attitude for the above position at our factory located in Wariyapola.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Lead employee relations initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
- Design and implement performance management systems, including KPIs to drive employee productivity and accountability.
- Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- A degree/professional qualification in HRM from a recognized institution.
- Skilled in employee relations and employment laws, policies and procedures, recruitment and selection, training and development, benefit administration, and performance appraisal.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
