Post of Transport Officer
We have successfully cultivated a customer base comprising over 8,000 client companies, enabling us to distribute high-quality hardware items sourced from renowned global manufacturers to serve customers across the entire island.
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Transport Officer to join our well-established company located in Mahara, Kadawatha.
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to handle vehicle fleet as per company requirements.
- Experience in vehicle repair and maintenance.
- Experience in vehicle-related insurance matters/obtaining revenue licenses etc.
- Having a good understanding of all aspects of vehicles.
- Experience in handling Drivers and Mechanic.
- Experience in work related to the Department of Motor Traffic.
- Ability to maintain track records of each vehicle repair and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Having passed GCE Advanced Level.
- Basic computer Knowledge (word/excel/email)
- Completion of an automobile course from a recognized institution is an additional qualification.
- At least five years of experience in the transport sector is required.
- Having a good understanding of road rules.
- Preferably below 45 years of age.
