Customer Care Executive
Responsibilities
- Manage all the customer service activities including updating and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
- Support to train and develop the customer service team on etiquette and call handling.
- Daily tracking and reporting of breakdown information.
- Resolving and providing feedback on customer complaints.
- Oversee the achievement of agreed customer service levels and standards.
Requirements
- Over 2 years of customer service experience in a similar capacity.
- Degree or Diploma related to Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or Equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Sinhala and added advantage will be given for those who can also communicate in Tamil).
- Proficiency in MS office applications and experience in using social media platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- In-depth knowledge of customer service software, databases, and CRM tools.
