Post of HR Manager
We have successfully cultivated a customer base comprising over 8,000 client companies, enabling us to distribute high-quality hardware items sourced from renowned global manufacturers to serve customers across the entire island.
We are currently seeking a highly experienced HR Manager to join our well-established company located in Mahara, Kadawatha.
Qualification and experience
- University degree in human resources management or a related field
- More than 05 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferably below 45 years of age.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedure aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes to attract, develop and retain top talent.
- Lead employee relations initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
- Design and implement performance management systems, including KPIs, to drive employee productivity and accountability.
- Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skill and competencies.
