We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our construction projects to excellence.
n
REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
n
n- NDT Qualification
n- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification
n- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in construction of residential apartments and commercial buildings
n- Thorough knowledge of CIDA and ISO conditions of contract
n- Should possess a working knowledge of MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel & Outlook
n- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n- Age below 38 years

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

n- Diploma or NDT in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field.
n- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in building construction projects.
n- Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site supervision.
n- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs.
n- Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety regulations.
n- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
