SALES COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and monitor branch teams to achieve sales and disbursement targets.
  • Assist with loan documentation and securitization for financial institutions.
  • Collaborate on sales campaigns, promotions and offers with strategic partners.
  • Prepare and distribute sales performance and disbursement trend reports.
  • Create business review presentations for management.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement.
  • Follow up with financial institutions on loan approvals, settlements and disbursements.
  • Coordinate marketing materials, branch activations, and lead generation.
  • Maintain records of branch meetings and ensure follow-ups on action plans.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Female Candidates Only
  • Marketing or equivalent professional qualification in a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in branch coordination, financial services or operations which not less than 01 year in a comparable position.
  • Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
