Support Agent / Support Engineer

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Handle support tickets and resolve customer issues
- Analyze, troubleshoot and coordinate resolutions
- Write & execute SQL queries for validation and support
- Follow SLAs, workflows and escalation procedures
- Work with Dev, QA, BA & Implementation teams
- Support releases, deployments and production validations
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide updates
- Ensure proper tracking, status updates and time logging
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in application/technical support
- Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills
- Good analytical & problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of business processes and system workflows
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Process-driven, detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
- Responsible, target-oriented and a team player
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Oracle / SQL Server databases
- Exposure to ticketing systems & project tools
- Knowledge of release management & deployment processes
- Experience in Insurance / ERP / Enterprise application support environments
