Location: Colombo 10

Requirements:

  • High standard of customer service with strong interpersonal skills
  • 3–5 years of experience in customer service, front office or contact center operations
  • Ability to handle walk-in customers and phone inquiries confidently
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and provide timely solutions
  • Ability to communicate in three languages will be an added advantage
