Customer Care Executive/Trainee

About the Company

KPP Group is one of the leading companies in Sri Lanka engaged in the importation of glass, mirrors, and accessories, with an island-wide distribution network. The company is currently seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and professional individual for the position of Customer Care Executive/Trainee.

Role Overview

The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, resolving customer complaints, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate Profile

• Passed the GCE Advanced Level Examination (for Trainee positions, a pass in the GCE Ordinary Level Examination is sufficient).
• Professional qualifications in Customer Service, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, customer care, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Sinhala and Tamil.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Age below 30 years will be an added advantage.
• Being a resident of Boralesgama, Piliyandala, Dehiwala, or Maharagama areas will be an advantage.

Working Hours

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
